What happens when I hit 50 patients on the Free plan?
You'll see a prompt: 'You've hit 50 patients. Upgrade to Glow to keep growing.' Your data is safe — you just can't add new patients until you upgrade. No surprise charges.
Why is treatment plans not on the Free plan?
Treatment plan tracking is the #1 revenue recovery tool. Free gives you scheduling to try the product. Glow unlocks the features that directly impact your revenue — treatment plans, before/after photos, WhatsApp reminders, and billing.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Yes. Both Glow and Professional come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. Auto-downgrade to Free if you don't upgrade.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Annual plans get prorated credit.
Is my patient data safe?
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We comply with Indian data protection regulations. If you cancel, you get 30 days to export everything.
Do you support Hindi or regional languages?
Hindi support is on the roadmap (Phase 2). The interface already uses DD/MM/YYYY dates, 12-hour time, Indian currency formatting (lakhs/crores), and +91 phone format.
How does the annual pricing work?
Pay annually and get 2 months free. Glow: ₹14,999/yr instead of ₹17,988/yr. Professional: ₹29,999/yr instead of ₹35,988/yr.
What about internet connectivity in smaller clinics?
The app is designed for 2-5 Mbps connections. Initial bundle is under 150KB. We're building PWA support for offline access to cached patient data.
