1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Aethis account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the clinic or practitioner) and Aethis.

2. Description of Service

Aethis provides cloud-based clinic management software for aesthetic and skin clinics, including patient management, appointment scheduling, treatment plan tracking, photo management, consent forms, billing, and notifications.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the service.

4. Plans & Billing

Aethis offers Free, Glow (₹1,499/month), and Professional (₹2,999/month) plans. All prices are excluding GST, which will be added at applicable rates. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. Billing occurs monthly. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. GST invoices are provided for all payments.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all patient data you enter into Aethis. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except as necessary to provide the service (e.g., WhatsApp notifications, payment processing via Razorpay).

6. Data Export & Cancellation

You can export your data at any time. Upon cancellation, your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted from our systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aethis is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
